Live 24th is a speculative student housing complex in the heart of West Campus at the intersection of 24th St. and Rio Grande St. The project is centered around bringing nature into what is becoming a very densely populated area with little to no greenery. The builidng is comprised of individual units arranged in a semi circle, and then those semi circle groups are layered on top of each other into the final shape of the structure which resembles a mountain. Live 24th is able to accommodate up to 200 students on its upper floors, while the first floor houses a grocery store, restaurant, and coffee shop, bringing in more local businesses to West Campus.
