Located on the Yates Cirlce C Ranch in South Austin, Cowboy Vines provides residents of the city a quick escape into the Texas Hill Country to relax and learn about the process of viticulture. Visitors experience two central experiences; one of mystery and unknown upon arrival to the building which hides within the landscape, and the other a sense of reveal as they make their way through the building. The program of the building includes the winery itself, a casual dining restaurant, performance area, wine store, and various tasting rooms.
